[2025/12/22] opswitch Terms of Service Update

We will be revising the opswitch Terms of Service.

Please review the revised terms and conditions and continue to use the service.

*Note: With this revision, we plan to introduce paid plans. However, existing users can continue to use the service for free. Unless you choose to switch to a paid plan yourself, no charges will be incurred.

  • Added provisions allowing for paid plans and set plans in addition to free plans
  • Established new clauses regarding usage fees (Article 5)
  • Clarified payment methods, refund policies, and late fees

2. Plan Changes and Cancellation Provisions

Section titled “2. Plan Changes and Cancellation Provisions”
  • Clarified handling of contracts when changing plans
  • Established rules for transitioning from paid to free plans
  • Clarified contract periods and automatic renewal conditions
  • Established definition of “Contractor” to clarify relationship between contracting party and actual users
  • Organized procedures and scope of responsibility when corporate contractors allow affiliated individuals to use the service
  • Unified terminology and clarified definitions, including name change from “Terms” to “Terms of Service”
  • Organized terminology definitions such as “Registration Information” and “User Data”
  • Added payment delays to service suspension reasons
  • Clarified scope of liability for damages
  • Added reference to Privacy Policy
