[2025/12/22] opswitch Terms of Service Update
We will be revising the opswitch Terms of Service.
Please review the revised terms and conditions and continue to use the service.
*Note: With this revision, we plan to introduce paid plans. However, existing users can continue to use the service for free. Unless you choose to switch to a paid plan yourself, no charges will be incurred.
Changes to Terms of Service
Section titled “Changes to Terms of Service”1. Provisions for Introducing Paid Plans
Section titled “1. Provisions for Introducing Paid Plans”- Added provisions allowing for paid plans and set plans in addition to free plans
- Established new clauses regarding usage fees (Article 5)
- Clarified payment methods, refund policies, and late fees
2. Plan Changes and Cancellation Provisions
Section titled “2. Plan Changes and Cancellation Provisions”- Clarified handling of contracts when changing plans
- Established rules for transitioning from paid to free plans
- Clarified contract periods and automatic renewal conditions
3. Clarification of Contractors and Users
Section titled “3. Clarification of Contractors and Users”- Established definition of “Contractor” to clarify relationship between contracting party and actual users
- Organized procedures and scope of responsibility when corporate contractors allow affiliated individuals to use the service
4. Other Changes
Section titled “4. Other Changes”- Unified terminology and clarified definitions, including name change from “Terms” to “Terms of Service”
- Organized terminology definitions such as “Registration Information” and “User Data”
- Added payment delays to service suspension reasons
- Clarified scope of liability for damages
- Added reference to Privacy Policy
